Decagon Devices Receives ISO 9001: 2008 Certification
Decagon Devices recieved its ISO 9001: 2008 Certificate of Registration on January 26th, 2010 in recognition of a quality management system in conformance with the International Organization of Standardization.
Decagon designs and manufactures all of its instrumentation at our home office in Pullman, Washington, USA. By keeping our production inhouse, we are able to control the quality while maintaining a flexibility to quickly move our ideas from the design phase to the creation phase.
Our ISO 9001: 2008 certification tells you, our customer, that we have put standards in place to protect and control the quality and integrity of the instruments that you receive. The customer support component of our ISO certification came naturally, as we have always considered our customers as our business partners.
